If you are not satisfied or happy with your purchase, please contact me before returning your item within FIVE Days of received.
If there is any spelling mistake in your item from my side, I will try my best to fix the problem but if the spelling was given wrong in the order, then I won’t be responsible for the mistake.
In any case there will be NO return for shipping charges.
BUYER will be responsible for any return shipping.
There will be NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE ON CUSTOM ORDERS.
There will be NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE ON ANY INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.
***CANCELLATION OF ORDER***
If you would like you can cancel your order within 48 hours of your purchase.
No question will be asked.

Shipping policies
Upon completion, your item will be shipped within 1- 3 business days. All Item will be shipped by USPS First Class Mail service unless otherwise requested.
For domestic customers if you don’t receive your item after shipping of 10 business days please convo me so we both can inquire about the item from USPS services.
All items will come in a kraft Brown or white gift box for easy gift giving.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
International shipping is available for select countries.
Buyer is responsible for any duties, custom fees, taxes, or value-added tax (VAT).
For international customers if your item already arrived in your country and is in the possession of custom or any other authorities then this is the matter beyond my control you as a local person can inquire about your item from your own country custom service or authorities if there is any delay in delivery.

Additional policies
Stamping will only be done on one side of any disc.
I don’t do stamping on both sides, there is always a chance that your personalized piece could be damaged or ruined.
***GIFT FOR KIDS***
If you are buying any of my jewelry piece for a kid of any age, buy it on your own responsibility for the use, care, and precaution of any kind of choking hazards and breaking jewelry parts.
All items are made by me in a Non Smoking and pet free environment at my home.
Any of my items are NOT water proof so it’s not recommended to wear jewelry when you are in contact with water. for example washing dishes, clothes, face, or hands, taking shower or bath, swimming or any other kind of contact with water.
Please DO NOT wear any of my jewelry piece during applying of perfumes or any kind of body spray, body oils, or perfume oils.
ALUMINUM DISC: Regular or Brush finished Aluminum discs are used. Item could made of either type of finish depending upon availability.
***JEWELRY COMPONENTS***
I have a right to add or remove any component of my jewelry design at any time.
I use open or split jump rings as a component depending on the size of the charms to make that particular piece durable. It is not necessarily shown in the listing pictures of that particular item.
***LOST OR BREAKAGE OF CHARMS***
I am NOT responsible of lost or breakage of charms, bracelets, or necklaces after five days of received.
***TARNISHED OR FADING***
All the components of my jewelry items could be tarnished or faded after a while. They are NOT made of precious metal. Any plating could be tarnished or faded by time.
***COLOR, SIZE, TEXTURE***
Color, size, and texture of each jewelry piece may look different in pictures then actual item in real, depending on the display of image colors in your computer monitor, iPad, cell phone or any other electronic devices.
Please Note:
Hand stamping is just like hand embroidery every piece is unique and one of a kind.
Each hand stamped letter, number or symbol may vary in alignment, depth or color.
It doesn’t mean that your unique piece has any flaw or mistake.
Instead it will make your beautiful piece one of a kind and personalized just for you.
Minor scratches and bending of the stamped disc is a normal part of hand stamping process and cannot be considered as a defect.
